Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times begin after shipment: 5–7 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for expedited shipping.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders may be fulfilled via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily serve the US market. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@bok-d286.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
